Q:
1): I installed Ultimate pre system on my XPS M1210 laptop, but recently I noticed that when I use outlook web to enter and check up my mails, there’s a problem there: when I try to send a mail and right click, an error happens to the browser. And I have never got such a problem by using Firefox browser. Besides, if I switch my Outlook Web to a basic mode, not Premium, it’s under default mode. And everything is OK, anybody got the same problem before? Somebody has a solution?
2): When I use physical DVD-ROM to play a DVD, I notice that sometimes the DVD-ROM would become very quiet, just like already stopped. Afterwards, a while later, quick rotation sound comes back again, meanwhile, there’s some beep sound or electric interference sounds. Now, DVD is played well. The video hasn’t stopped ever, the audio is quite nice. Meanwhile, I’ve already tried the media player, media lead and set system media center, but the problem is still undone!
Hope to get your advice and help, thank you so much!

1): You can reinstall Vista Ultimate system, when you put Vista installation disc, make sure you could boot from CD disc and you could restart the laptop. Press F12 when loading BIOS interface, and then you could see BIOS menu immediately, you should have 3 partitions, click the advanced option button on the right side, and then click to delete all 3 partitions above, once you delete the last one, it would prompt you there’s 74.5G disk space left. And then click Next to start installing system. Hope this could help!
