2): Suggest you first checking up common voltage, power, motherboard, and whether there’s strong magnetic interference around. When you confirm that there’s no problem with hardware, then it’s possible that system file kernel32.dll gets lost or broken.
Get a new kernel32.dll file from WinXP  disc with Windows failure restore console. Start failure restore console, and type “cd system32” under command prompt and press Enter. Type “ren kernel32.dll kernel32.old” and press Enter, type “map” and insert WinXP installing CD, supposing your CD-ROM volume is G, then type “expand g:\i386\kernel32.dll_” and press Enter, then keyed “Exit”. Restart the computer and take off the CD.
