Hello, I have an Acer Aspire 5630 laptop. And about two weeks ago, its touch pad and keyboard failed to continue working suddenly. And I have already reinstalled system, but still useless. I even installed latest Windows 7 system, but I still couldn’t get a result. It didn’t work even I changed a new hard disk. But when I connected external hard disk and mouse, it could work normally. I used Fn+F7 to switch, but it failed. However, what made me feel strange is that when I entered BIOS, its keyboard and touch pad could work actually. Hope your idea, please. Thank you for your help!

 -Press F8 continually until advanced option appears when start up, choose “The last good configuration” and press Enter to restore system.
 -Press F8 to enter safe mode when start up, and then exit. Choose to restart or shut down and then start, then you could enter common mode (repair registry).
 -If the failure still exists, please use system recovery to resume back to the state when the failure has not occurred yet (or use recovery software to carry out system recovery process.).
