ginal system disc and press R key to choose “Recovery installation”.
-If the problem is still there, suggest your reinstalling system.
2): My opinion about your touch pad is: first of all, if it fails during the process when you are using it, then you just might turn off the touch pad function. Generally, press Fn+F6 (for different laptops, the keys are different, but there’s the image of touch pad on the key button) to unlock it. Some computers also have a button to start/close touch pad function directly.
Next, you could check up whether it’s a driver problem. You should first uninstall the old driver and do not install the new driver. And then try the touch pad again. Sometimes, this method could work.
3): And another is the configuration problem. Open the property window of mouse in control panel, you could see there’s a “Device settings” option, click it and on the appeared interface, you could see there’s a “Setting value”, click it and an interface comes out. On the left side of it, there is a “Touch” button, click it and then “Enable touch” would appear on the right side of the interface. Click and choose it.
4): If it still doesn’t respond, then it might be hardware problem of the touch pad. However, generally, touch pad is less likely to get broken, so finally, contact relevant repair department or service provider to take care of it, which would be more secure.
