Q:
I have a HP dv6000 laptop installed Vista HOME Premium system. At the beginning, when I pressed key Q on the shortcut keys, menu options could pop up, and I could choose to play DVD, music and browse pictures. Later there was something wrong with the laptop, updated installation disc, I reinstalled Vista system and succeeded installation with OEM key. Afterwards, I installed shortcut key and some other software, downloaded all update packages, but now when I pressed shortcut key, only a DVD player popped up, but without menu option prompt. I tried loading qpphoto.exe from drive C, but totally it could prompt already. Because of the problem of my habit that now I cannot enter menu option to choose my photos, which is one of my biggest interests. I do want your help. Thank you!
