Q:
I have a HP 6820s laptop, and I found the palm salver is really too heated. Is there any solution for it? Would it be the problem of the CPU power in Vista system? I also updated the BIOS, but seems nothing help. Any other method to solve the problem?
Really hope to get your suggestion and help. Thank you so much!
A:
1) In my opinion, probably because your hard disk is overheated. Now the first thing you should do is to download HWMonitor (search on Google), and then check other components on laptop which might cause overheating.
2) Mostly I guess the palm salver of the laptop is where the hard disk locates; you can buy a laptop thermal radiator, such as an USB fan. Post it right to the position of hard disk and blow inside to help cool the laptop.
