HP pavilion9565ea screen snapshot seems not work. And by the suggestion from HP service center, I decompressed a keyboard driver and reinstalled them, but still useless.
I’ve already chosen update for the driver. And this is the latest driver; finally the keyboard could work normally. But some other function keys seem failing. And I don’t know the meanings of the iocns on some keys; really hope your help, thank you!

1) You can press Fn (between Ctrl and Win keys), and press snapshot key at the same time;
2) Make sure of the state of the scroll lock key.
