Q:
I have got this laptop travelmate290 for 4 years; previously there was no any failure, it ran well. But recently after the laptop is running for a period of time, the screen begins shaking, also the touchpad becomes quite unstable, and then hard disk light would flash following. Sometimes, after few minutes later, laptop would return to normal status. Sometimes hard disk would get to dead lock status, you cannot even get Internet or type. Now the unique thing I can do to solve the problem is to pull out the power adapter or just remove the battery. I’ve already scanned the entire system, no any virus and spyware found. What the hell is it going on?
Hope your suggestion and help, thank you so much!

1) I have three suggestions:
-Supervise your processor/motherboard/disk temperature, probably they have overheating problem. Please check my previous post about how to solve laptop overheating problem. Believing it would help you a lot! http://laptoprepair.ca/news/1210.html
-Check up your system project log management. Check whether there’s any abnormal process.
-Check explorer, whether there’s any invalid process occupying your precious processor resource.
2) In fact, the principle to solve this kind of problem is quite simple, namely, to clear up all the contents on main boot sector of hard disk, making the disk as new as original one. Then you can solve the dead lock problem. Here’re the concrete operation steps:
-First remove the hard disk with circle dead lock issue, prepare a system floppy disc
