Q:
Hello, this is the situation: when I browse webpages, suddenly, system gets down, and then screen just turns to black. I cannot do anything to stop this happening. I could just only press power button to turn it off by force, and restart system.
However, now whenever I start the machine, the interface would prompt that I’d have to click F2 to enter setup. Otherwise, my system cannot start. After Acer logo appears, system starts, but finally still black screen, nothing appear. System could not load normally. I’ve searched much relevant material about this, and I got to know that the best solution is to recover system to factory settings. And then I tried recovering system the moment I start the machine, but finally black screen still occurred. I’ve tried several times, still cannot enter. Hope your help and suggestion, thank you!

c) The most effective and recallable method: restart a new system
2) You can also use BOOT disc to solve the problem:
-Insert Boot disc into the driver and power on the machine, at this moment, boot from the disc;
-Under system boot prompt, keyed “fd(64) unix root=hd(40) swap=hd(41) pipe=hd(40)” or just “fd(64)/unix”. This command is used to load UNIX kernel fro
