card is integrated, then next restarts the computer, enter BIOS. Afterwards, check up the surrounding device options in BIOS, whether it’s set as “Disabled”, if yes, change it “Enable”. If I “Enable” this option, then probably the motherboard sound card circuit is broken, we’d just need to repair sound card circuit.
(8) If sound card is not integrated, but USB sound card, then check up whether the sound card has been installed properly. After changing an USB interface to install, start and test it; if still not work, disassemble the sound card, and then clear up the dust on USB slot and faucet; especially to check up whether there’s bended pins or something, after clearing, reassemble again, generally the failure could be eliminated.
(9) If the sound card is still not good, then it must be the problem of the sound card. check up whether the sound card is damaged or not with replacement method, if the sound card is integrated, then we can change to USB sound card and give it a shot.
