Abstract: this article introduce a solution for video switch between laptop and station with MAX4885E low capacitance. MAX4885E current consumption is almost 0, integrated within 4mm x 4mm encapsulation, including most switches and power components required by separation solution. Finally the cost could be saved, also reducing all components needed. All output ports of the components have ±15kV manual mode (HBM) ESD protection.
