I have a m1210 laptop, it’s really awesome! However, I get a problem: I need to use sound recording software in my system, so I need to reinstall XP system, and everything was OK, except when used the system driver from Dell, later I searched many drivers on Dell website, and then installed and copied to my SD card.
I wonder whether this is the only solution for it, hope to get your suggestion and help. Thank you!

1): You need to burn them into a CD or some USB device, SD card reader would not work, except you install driver for it. There’s no shortcut to download drivers or install XP system. But there should be a driver list on Dell website, no matter for Vista or XP system.
2): If there’s no any driver, then I think the only method is to transmit the driver to your system by USB or CD devices. First of all, you’d have to download through the Internet and then install the drivers.
