I deleted some big software, and installed something else, besides, I ran system updates. Next I downloaded the latest ATI display card driver, and tried to install it. But system prompts that it needs Net 2.0. Oops. So I restarted system update several times. 1): Most laptops have a specific driver to update display card driver, you could use the one on Dell website, or try the one on www.laptopvideo2go.com, and generally you could install an ATI desktop display card driver to your laptop.
2): I suggest you to search in the display card driver update column of game plate, one of my clients has an exact same laptop as yours, ATIXI400 display card. When I try to update display card driver, I also got the same problem, then I reformatted it, then the problem is solved. The latest ATI display card driver is of 7.1 version, the frame is a little low for game, so I still recommend 6.12 version
