I have a HP DV8000 laptop, now recently its sound has a little problem, the sound output is a little small, besides, it’s seriously distorted, after reinstalling driver for the sound card, the failure symptom has no change at all. A: if computer has sound distortion failure, then you can handle it with the next solutions——
1. Check whether the latest sound card driver has been installed correctly, especially what you need to pay attention to is that some sound card drivers are very close, looking exactly same, as a matter of fact, they are completely incompatible. If such kind of sound card driver is installed, then computer would not prompt error, even there will be no yellow exclamatory mark on “Device manager”, it seems the installation is completely right, but still soundless failure of distorted sound failure would happen, which brings much trouble to maintainer;
