Q:
Now I am in two minds for two different configurations of m1210 laptops.
---t7200,2G RAM,533Mhz,Nvidia256MB graphic card,100Gdisk,7200 r,
---t7600,2G RAM,533Mhz,Nvidia256MB graphic card,160Gdisk,5400 r,
Especially notice the connection of hard disk and CPU. So which one’s running speed is a little faster? I mean its performance, but not a specified function. For these two configurations, if I use for long, which one is better? Besides, for these configurations, 2GB 667MHz memory is impossible, right?
Hope your suggestion and help!
A:
1): According to my suggestion, I recommend you the first configuration; t7200 processor’s running speed is fast. And it’s ok for the performance, t7600’s running test mark might be better, but generally speaking, there’s no big difference, 667MHz memory is not quite worth to update, generally the speed is almost like 553’s, except you want to run 50 PS applications at the same time on your laptop, otherwise, you cannot see the difference.
7200 r hard disk is fast enough, of course it could improve your system performance much, so if you equip with a 667MHz RAM, basically, the system could be as good as the one with T6700 processor. Meanwhile, you should know that you could update your hard disk anytime later.
2): For 2 million times’ calculation, t7600 takes 56 seconds, and t7200 spends 62 seconds, so you could save much money. You see configuration 1 h
