Q:
My M1210 laptop got a problem recently; the OS is Vista system, 2GHz Duo Core processor, 2GB memory, NIVIDIA 256 display card.
1. I notice there’s a sound of high-frequency made from the m1210, do I need to motherboard update to solve this problem? This is really annoying.
2. What’s the difference for USB2.0 under VISTA ReadvBoost? Whether there’s obvious speed advance?
Is the 3 in 1 media card reader USB2.0 useful? Primarily I’ve considered that 2GB SD card could be boosted by readyboost.
3. Each time after starting up, I receive Sonic DLA error message, is there any method to solve it?
Really hope to get your suggestion and help! Thank you1

1): I don’t like VISTA much, your system noise problem might be fan, CPU or hard drive problem. If the high-frequency noise occurred when running CPU extended application, then the problem is a bad component on the motherboard. Probably the Southbridge is overheating or the chip is failing. If it were the PSU, you would get problems with more than just the graphics, and the Southbridge controls the IO to the AGP/PCI slots. Probably motherboard update could help solve this problem.
2): USB 2.0 and readyboost seem a little different, but it’s not that obvious. Boost plays a good role n old and slow hard drive, and on your machine, the most obvious difference is that the loading time of the applications you of ten use would lower, and the speed would be faster switching from hibernation mode to wake-up mode.
3): This problem should belong to a dri
