Troubleshoot for Laptop DC Jack

The Laptop DC Jack is the connector that connects the laptop AC adapter to the motherboard, which essentially transfers power from the AC adapter to the laptop.
Because of the wear and tear, the DC Jack is one of the most frequently broken parts in the whole Laptop.
DC Jack failure mostly result the Laptop not charging. When you connect the AC adapter to the laptop, yet it indicates laptop is still on battery power. Please check the DC Jack for losing connection. Shake the AC adapter connector; it should be take off easily when it’s losing connection.
