A: this situation mostly is because in Windows, default saved ID3Tage music files’ label files don’t use unicode or UTF code. Although iTunes could convert label font code, but it’s not effective to all, besides, for different label font codes, conversion methods adopted are not different, generally, user probably needs to try one by one; so simplier and more stupid method is to use label conversion software; so far, I know two software, one is coded by Java (but on Mac, Java applets executive efficiency is quite low, but I don’t recommend it), another one is ID3Mod2, which is coded by Glider from Sinomac, as it’s shared software, there’s non-registered version, so it could only convert 8 songs once; besides, in Windows, TTPlayer and some other software also support label font conversion.
