   Basic knowledge
Safe mode is a special one in Windows system; guys who use computer often might be familiar with it. Under safe mode, user could repair some system errors easily, getting twice the result with half the effort. Safe mode’s working principle: boot computer without loading any third party device driver, letting the computer run under minimum mode. Then user could easily check and repair system errors.
  Enter safe mode
When boot computer, before entering Windows start image, press F8 (or press Ctrl when boot the computer), then operation system multi-mode boot menu would appear. You’d just to choose “Safe mode”, then you could start the computer to safe mode.

Delete stubborn files
In Windows, when we delete some files or clear Recycle Bin, sometimes system would prompt [some file is being used, cannot be deleted] or kind of that problem. But actually these files are not being used. At this moment, you may try restarting the computer, and enter safe mode when starting, then Windows would auto release the control of these files, then you could delete them easily.
