If all hardware have been removed and the problem still exists, then think about what software have you installed before failure happening. If you did install some software, then enter Step A-6, if no, then go to Step B-1.

A-6: supposing the problem is caused because new installed software before failure happening, then this Step would be a shortcut to help you fix up the computer.
If you’ve installed some new software or update something before the failure, then restart the computer now. start Windows, enter safe mode, uninstall all software and then uninstall all software installed and then check up whether failure is fixed up. Shut down the computer and reboot again. If you cannot uninstall all software or the problem still exists after uninstalling all software, then go to Step B-1.
