Step B-5: check up the hard drive thoroughly, so when use test utilities provided by manufacturer, e.g. if you use Seagate hard drive, then use the utilities released by Seagate, and if you use west digital hard drive, then use west digital released hard drive, please notice to choose correct version, which matches hard drive. Please use DOS format, no any bad sector could be found on your hard drive. If finally you still couldn't ensure whether your hard drive has something wrong, then go to step B-6.

B-6: this is to ensure whether the failure comes from your hard drive. If you don’t have such software Pccare, change a new hard drive onto your machine. If you still find some other problems, then definitely they come from hardware. Go to step C-1
