After installing a PCI interface network card, the machine cannot turn off. What’s wrong with it?

You could try the next few solutions:
(1) Click “Start”menu—“Config” submenu—“Control panel”, and then on the popup “Control panel” window, choose “System”.
(2) Click “Device manger”—“System devices“, and then choose PCI bus, on the prompted dialog, choose “Set IRQ” option card, and cancel the selection of the option “Use ACPI BIOS to get IRQ form”.
(3) Click “OK” button.
If the configuration above cannot solve the problem, then switch to “Setup” tab, and change to “Use BIOS” option.
