Step 1: If you forget your password, you can click on the 'Forgotten Your Password' link. This will appear on any page that requires you to fill in your password.

Step 2: This link brings up a page where you should enter your registered email address and a Security code, An email will be sent to that address shortly, with instructions for resetting your password.

Step 3:Since passwords are encrypted, there is no way to resend your original password. This option provides you with the ability to reset your password.

Step 4: Click submit and check your email, note the "from" and the "subject" field. (In most cases, the email will arrive instantly, If you do not receive the confirmation email after 4 hours, please search your spam or junk folder and add our email to your safe list for future communications. ) Click on the blue link to reset your password.
